How long does shipping take?

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 Days

Outside Dhaka: 2–3 Days

Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Consignment ID (Tracking Code). You can use it to track your delivery status in real-time

What is your return and refund policy?

Where are your products shipped from?

We ship all our products directly from our warehouse in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Because we hold our own stock locally, we can ensure faster delivery times compared to shipping from abroad.

Are there any hidden fees or customs charges?

No, we believe in full transparency. The price you see at checkout is the final price. You only pay for the product and the delivery fee (70 Tk inside Dhaka, 140 Tk outside Dhaka). There are no extra taxes, service charges, or customs fees.
